Coronavirus shipping information
Please be advised that due to the Coronavirus pandemic there may be a delay with the delivery of your order. The majority of parcels are arriving on time, however, some countries can experience unpredictable postal system delays. Please contact us if you have any questions. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Where do you ship from?
We ship your order directly from our warehouse in Asia, Europe or the United States. Our head office is located in Adelaide, South Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where you are located, shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Generally, it will take 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take 3 to 6 days to be visible in the tracking system. We aim to have your purchases delivered as soon as possible. We follow the tracking of all orders and at anytime throughout the delivery process you need to contact us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
Payments for purchases
Payment can be made securely via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through our eCommerce solution Shopify and their payment gateway Shopify Payments. We don't store or have any access to your credit card details. In addition, all stores powered by Shopify are PCI compliant by default, therefore your payment information is secure.
Will I be charged duty or import fees?
Prices listed on the sophieandella.com website are pre-import fee, except in Australia where the GST component of all orders have been payed by Sophie and Ella prior to shipping. Otherwise, any import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Therefore, you will need refer to your own country's policies in relation to any import tax or duty.
