How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship your order directly from our warehouse in Asia, Europe or the United States. Our head office is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are located, shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Generally, it will take one to three business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take 3 to 6 days to be visible in the tracking system. We aim to have your purchases delivered as soon as possible. We follow the tracking of all orders and at anytime throughout the delivery process you need to contact us, please email help@sophieandella.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

 

Payments for purchases

All website prices are quoted in United States dollars. Payment can be made securely via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed through our eCommerce solution Shopify and their payment gateway Shopify Payments. We don't store or have any access to your credit card details. In addition, all stores powered by Shopify are PCI compliant by default, therefore your payment information is secure.

 

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

Prices listed on the sophieandella.com website are pre-import fee, except in Australia, United Kingdom, European Union, Norway and the United States where the GST, VAT or State Sales Tax component of all orders has been payed by Sophie and Ella prior to shipping. Otherwise, any import fees that may be payable are the responsibility of the purchaser. Therefore, you will need refer to your own country's policies in relation to any import tax or duty.
