Whilst we are sure you will cherish your item, we understand that sometimes things can happen. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to return the item for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving it. An enquiry must be made and the product sent within the 14 day time window in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned products must be unused, in its same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.
- Return postage costs are of the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery according to the tracking status.
- We don't offer refunds on lost or stolen items. Reships are on a case-by-case basis.
- We don't offer refunds on items where the tracking states that the item has been delivered.
Only orders that have not been sent can be cancelled. Your order would need to be received back at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
